Dylan Gianna Photography Antarctic Book Promotion
Promotion period: 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Dylan Gianna Photography ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend an eligible event hosted by Dylan Gianna Photography as part of Sony Scene during the promotion period.
Residents of countries other than Australia, including New Zealand, are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must be able to receive the prize at a valid Australian postal address.
3. How to enter
Entrants receive one entry for each eligible event they attend during the promotion period.
Attendance is required to receive an entry. Registering for or purchasing a ticket to an event without attending does not qualify as an entry.
Entrants who are members of the Dylan Gianna Photography Workshops Facebook Group at the time of the draw will receive one additional entry.

There is no separate entry fee for this promotion.
An entrant may therefore receive multiple entries by attending multiple eligible events, plus one additional entry for being a member of the Facebook Group.
4. Eligible events
An eligible event is an event hosted by Dylan Gianna Photography as part of Sony Scene between 1 September 2026 and 31 October 2026.
Each distinct eligible event attended constitutes one entry.
The Promoter will maintain a record of eligible event attendance for the purposes of determining entries.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
1 × copy of ANTARCTICA | BELOW 60°
ANTARCTICA | BELOW 60° is a limited-edition photography book personally produced by Dylan Giannakopoulos, featuring 56 pages of photography, personal diary entries and stories from his experience in Antarctica.
Book size: approximately 32.3 × 24.1 cm (12.7 × 9.5 inches).
Approximate prize value: AUD $300.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
6. Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
The draw will take place within 30 days of the promotion closing date and will be conducted electronically by the Promoter.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be notified in writing using a contact method reasonably available to the Promoter, which may include electronic messaging.
The winner will have 28 days from the date the notification is sent to respond and provide a valid Australian postal address for delivery of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 28 days of the notification being sent, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact them, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
The same 28-day response period will apply to any subsequently drawn winner.
8. Winner publication
The winner's first name and last initial will be published on this Terms & Conditions webpage following the draw.
The publication will not include the winner's contact details, postal address or social media account details.
If a redraw is required, the subsequently selected winner will also be published on this webpage.
9. Prize delivery
The prize will only be delivered to an Australian postal address.
The Promoter will arrange postage of the prize to the winner at no additional cost.
The prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days of the winner being confirmed, subject to the winner providing a valid Australian postal address.
10. Verification and disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility, Australian residency, age, event attendance and Facebook Group membership.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where an entrant has provided false or misleading information.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected for the purposes of administering this promotion will only be used as reasonably necessary to conduct the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
Entrants' information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise stated or consented to by the entrant, or where required or permitted by law.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Sony or Sony Scene.
